Shipping Information

Depending on the pieces in your order, items may arrive separately and be delivered through different carriers or delivery services. Each product has its own unique lead time (shipping time frame), which you can find on the respective product page. Please note that all lead times are subject to change. Once an item is ready to ship, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to view carrier information and transit details.

Below is a breakdown of the delivery methods you can expect for each category of item in your order:

Delivery Information

Small Parcels & Decor Pieces: These items will ship from our Fulfillment Center and will be carefully placed right on your doorstep.

Smaller Furnishings: Smaller furniture pieces that do not include assembly – including nightstands, side tables, end tables, coffee tables, poufs, ottomans, lounge chairs, table lamps, floor lamps, and select large lighting fixtures – will be delivered to your doorstep or driveway.
Larger Furnishings: A local delivery agent will deliver larger-scale furniture pieces – including sofas, cabinets, beds, dressers, and dining tables- to your area. The agent will contact you directly to schedule a delivery date and time that best suits you within, their operating hours.
Made to Order Items: Your custom piece(s) will be shipped and delivered via a local delivery agent who will contact you to schedule your delivery. Please refer to our Delivery Guide for detailed instructions on how to prepare for your Made to Order item delivery.

Please Be Advised:

  • You must be present to provide a signature at the time of delivery for these shipments.
  • Ensure that a path is cleared for entry into your home and that there is plenty of space for the delivery agent to gently bring the piece indoors.
  • Not all items include full assembly, trash disposal, or full white-glove delivery service.
  • Items can only be delivered to the original shipping address noted at checkout.
  • If you need clarification on how a piece will be delivered, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team at info@mangosteen.ae with your order number and we will happily assist you.

Shipping periods:

  1. Ready to order : 5 to 10 days.
  2. Furniture Shipped from Abroad: Pre-ordered furniture shipped via sea freight will have a delivery timeframe of 6 to 8 weeks.
  3. Marble Items (Locally Manufactured in Dubai): Delivery takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks, depending on production schedules.

Shipping Rate Chart

  • Shipping within Dubai:
    • small home décor: 25 AED. 
    • vases, table lamps, seashell pendants: 35 AED
    • mirrors & chairs: 100 AED.
    • sofas, cabinets , beds : 150 AED + 120 for assembly.
    • outdoor sets: 250 AED  + 120 for assembly ( if assembly is required).
  • Shipping within UAE: 25% extra will be added to the above rates and calculated at check out.
  • For big orders made through inquiries, the shipping rate will be part of the customer agreement with Mangosteen.

At Mangosteen, we are committed to delivering high-quality, authentic furniture that meets our customers’ expectations. As part of our dedication to quality, please note that all sales, including ready-to-order and pre-order items, are final and not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of damage or defect.

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Please include photos clearly showing the damage or defect for a prompt review.
